Our mission is to increase the number of women in Technology focused roles.

We decided to combine our recruitment skills and our networks to make a practical, material impact and to effect change. Partnering with companies, we help deliver tech-focused work experiences nationally, providing women with insights into technology careers and the numerous opportunities available to them.  This has raised awareness of the gender imbalance and helps promote cultural engagement within industry.
